For Kon
Cassie felt good. Her head felt light and her cares felt...like nothing! Her movements felt free and she did she mention she didn't have a care in the world. Stupid boys. Who needs them? Except she was a boy, so did she need herself? She bursts out giggling instead of answering it, because it seemed like the thing to do.
A small part in the part of her brain registered the fact she was drunk. Or at least that was her best guess since she'd never had alcohol before. Though she wasn't sure if she had any tonight, since all she remembered Eric giving her was pineapple juice....ooooh! Alcohol pineapple juice! That must have been it! So she had to be drunk. Because this is what she imagined being drunk felt like. Why did people say it was bad? It felt so good!
She wondered what it would be like to fly drunk.
Giggling to herself again, she approached the Titans Treehouse, weaving slightly as she walked, only her still remaining reflexes putting one foot in front of the other.

And then he saw Cassie, clearly not walking in a straight line and giggling.
"Cass?" he called hesitantly. "Everything okay?" He picked up his pace to go meet her.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Wouldn't you like a nice, comfy bed?" He was going to hell for this.

"'Course I will, Cass. Didn't even cross my mind to do otherwise."

Kon struggled to ignore the fact that the kiss pretty much seemed like any other kiss he'd had with her. If he ignored it, he could ignore the question of whether it was just Cassie that made it seem normal or whether it was her...his...body and that kissing guys was just as normal as kissing girls.
"C'mon," he muttered, pulling back a shade too quickly, hoping she didn't noticed. "Let's head upstairs."

She just beamed at him. "Yes okay, let's go!"

She struggled to sit up...and it came to her in a rush as she did. The party. Eric kissing her. Her obviously getting drunk. Her kissing Kon as a boy. She groaned and stopped trying to sit up, instead curling into a ball. She felt horrible and now it wasn't even the hang over. Kon had already been freaked out by the whole boy thing. Kissing him might have been the last straw. What had she done?
A small part of her brain noticed that she had her own body back. Which was a small plus.
She still wasn't moving from this spot.

Well, somewhere in his head, he knew that the cause of a hangover was dehydration, so he got a large glass of water and some of the painkillers that were left over from his concussion and knocked softly on Cassie's door. He resolutely did not think about last night and the fact that she'd kissed him. That he'd kissed him. It was too weird to think about.
"Hey, sleepyhead, you up in there?"

Sometimes she dropped all of her fronts and stopped trying to be brave all the time. This was one of those times.

Not that he really thought that Cassie had managed to slip by him with a hangover.

"Thanks Kon." She said softly, "You didn't have to do that."

And if he was lucky, she didn't remember the kiss at all.
