Gender Switch Gathering Post
Jan. 20th, 2009 07:39 pmThe Titans Treehouse was quiet early in the morning. The sun had not yet risen so most of the residents were still asleep. Or they were, until a loud shout tore through the air.
Cassie came bursting through her door, still dressed in her sweats and S-shirt pajamas, and while the shirt suddenly fit her a bit better, the sweats were too short. This would be because she was suddenly a he! She wasn't panicking exactly, but she wanted answers and she wanted them now. Yes, she'd been briefed that these kind of things happened, but being briefed and having them actually happen was a whole different thing. A whole different thing being mainly the thing between her legs she was pointedly ignoring.
As the others started drifting out of their rooms, she looked to the others who had been on the island for longer then a month. "Alright, someone explain, Now!" She said in her best Wonder Girl...Boy tone, frowning as her voice came out much rougher then normal.

Date: 2009-01-21 08:40 am (UTC)Running a hand through her longer hair, Bart grimaced as her fingers caught. "Everything feels just a little...wrong, I guess. Nothing moves the way I'm used to, and it isn't just the height," she finally stated, not meeting Tim's eyes as she spoke. "Knowing this place, we'll turn back around the time I stop feeling like a complete klutz."

The earth could come up and swallow him hole and he'd be perfectly happy with that right about now.

Date: 2009-01-21 01:30 am (UTC)He got up, brushing his hair out of his face absently, only to discover there was a lot more of it than usual. That shocked him enough to really come to what had happened. The honeymoon period was clearly over, and the island was picking on him, now, too.
"Aw, hell," he said, going to the door. Then he, well, more properly she stared. "...Cassie?"

Date: 2009-01-21 02:39 am (UTC)She probably wasn't, but Bart wasn't sure he was, either. They'd made it through worse, though. At least he was pretty sure they had. "Maybe we'll get lucky and Tim'll cancel training."

Date: 2009-01-21 04:34 pm (UTC)By the time he got back to the treehouse, it was that predawn haze that meant that people were going to start waking up soon.
He was halfway up the ladder when he heard the shout. A very unfamiliar shout, and he started climbing faster.

Date: 2009-01-27 04:07 am (UTC)Well. Girl-Tim. And Boy-Cassie, and- Oh, good lord. Girl-Bart. It only took her fifteen seconds to identify everyone, and her gaze swung wide and landed on Kon.
Who, for all intents and purposes, still looked like a mirror image of Clark Kent. She supposed you couldn't win everything.
"Anyone want tea?" It seemed to be the catch-all cure-all.
